Showed up to my family’s Christmas party today and a new MKZ 3.0T AWD was parked out front. I instantly knew it was my uncle’s as he always gets interesting cars (Olds Aurora, Purple GMC Jimmy, etc) and damn if they aren’t gorgeous cars. He got it in blue with the cappuccino interior.

Any other day I would have asked for a ride around but my family lives in Cleveland and they got 3 feet of snow a few days ago lol

That sounds like the perfect time to take you’re AWD luxury sedan for a ride

Also Cappuccino or saddle are the best colors for Leather interiors, dark brown or blue are also acceptable.

I really don’t get the hate for Lincoln. I think they look great, and I prefer a comfortable luxobarge compared to a sports sedan.

Since the AWD system on the 3.0T Continental is derived from the FoRS, I wonder if Livernois will be able to port on Drift Mode?

Now I want a 3.0T Continental with an intake, downpipe, hi-boost tune, and drift mode. Probably around 450 crank as well as being able to powerslide one of America’s largest new luxury sedans whenever you damn well please.

I have modded amd tuned my WRX, FXT, and two of my wife’s BMWs. I also have a ‘66 GMC with a modded 350 in it. No one says it makes it easier. It takes much more skill and know how to get power out of a carb’d engine. The knock is that any yahoo can buy hp with the newer engines without putting any work in.

The thing is, if I wanted a BMW or Audi, I’d buy a BMW or Audi. We test drive both Cadillac and Lincoln during our last car search. We really liked Lincoln better than Cadillac (and I’m a GM guy). This was right when the mkc was coming out, and updates of the MKX and MKZ were on the horizon, as well as the continental. We decided to buy something cheaper and wait for the newer Lincolns to hit the market. The latest Lincoln lineup is as solid as it’s been in 40 years. Same goes for Buick, which we also cross shopped. Styling was more boring than the Lincolns, but what good values...
